• Flat rate by region, starting from ฿250 — final cost calculated at checkout based on destination
• Singapore / Malaysia / Hong Kong: 5-7 business days
• Japan / Taiwan / Australia: 7-10 business days
• USA / UK / Europe: 10-15 business days
• All international orders include tracking

Eligibility

Items must be:

• With original tags attached
• Free from any signs of use, perfume, or makeup

Non-Returnable

• Sale or clearance items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Custom or made-to-order pieces

How to Return

1. Email us at info@chuenmuen.com within the return window
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions
4. Ship the item back at your cost (we cover return shipping for damaged/defective items)
5. Refund processed within 7 days of receipt

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, please email us first. We'll hold the item for you and guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
